1. Warranty Coverage

2. Warranty Duration

The warranty is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, as evidenced by a valid sales order or proof of purchase.

3. Coverage Details

Defects in Material and Workmanship: If a product is found to be defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations or repairs.

4. Proof of Purchase

To process a warranty claim, you must provide the original sales order or proof of purchase. Claims without valid proof of purchase will not be processed.

5. Warranty Claim Process

Submit a Claim: Contact our customer service department to initiate a warranty claim. Provide a description of the defect, along with a copy of the sales order or proof of purchase.
Evaluation: We will evaluate the claim and determine if it falls within the scope of the warranty.
Resolution: If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective product. In some cases, you may be required to return the defective product for inspection before a replacement is issued.

6. Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product and does not extend to any incidental or consequential damages.
