SPP brings Supersized™ Performance to the control center of the bike — the headset.
The SPP Expert Headset is engineered around a 1” to 1-1/8” tapered system, increasing the contact area at the lower bearing to improve load distribution and reduce deflection at the fork-to-frame interface. This expanded lower platform creates a more stable steering structure under sprint loads, braking forces, and high-speed cornering.
At the upper interface, SPP introduces a fully integrated 3D Dust Cover Ring, designed to improve bearing protection while maintaining precise preload and alignment. This is paired with SPP’s 3D Badge Compression Cap, a CNC-machined structural component that combines compression function with a distinctive, dimensional SPP identity.
Every interface within the system is designed to maintain alignment, eliminate play, and preserve steering precision — ensuring that rider input transfers directly from the handlebars into the fork without loss.
Built around precision bearings, CNC-machined components, and a Supersized lower structure, the SPP Expert Headset delivers a more controlled, more stable, and more responsive front-end connection.
This is not a standard headset. This is a structural upgrade to steering performance.
